Another fellow student from Ai. None can deny her mad fursuit making skills.
Oh, and she can do other stuff too!

No, really, if you don't already know her, go check out her stuff.
Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On

I got a surprise when I came home for summer break. Mom took me to Country Jam!

We went last year for my sister's "Bachelorette" Party, a few days before her wedding. We saw Rodney Atkins and JUST missed Collin Raye (which was my downer, since he sings one of my favorite Country songs)
THIS year, however, it was just me, mom and Aimee, and we were there ALL DAY....which....led to a horrible sunburn across my shoulders and back, despite my wearing sunscreen lotion....anywho...
It started off with a pair of new kids called Lo Cash Cowboys. They were alright...much better than Big and Rich, whom I DO NOT like at all...Following them was Bucky Covington (I think...) And after him, the person we came specifically to see, mister NEAL McCOY!
Definitely one of my most favorite artists EVER! And he does such a great live performance!
He was followed by Clay Walker, and the final show of the night was Randy Owens, who was once the lead singer for Alabama. He put up an AWESOME performance, and the lady that plays fiddle for him? Whew! She blew me away! I don't think I could EVER play my fiddle that good.....even with a hundred years of practice...
Of course, no evening at country jam would be complete without an awesome funnel cake, and a foot long corn dog!

All in all it was a TOTALLY AWESOME evening! Mom and Aimee are already talking about next year. Alan Jackson, Trace Adkins, Miranda Lambert? We are SO there! (I hope

)
Shockingly, I haven't had any time this summer to work on ANY art. Every time I sit down, someone saddles me with a new job. Though I must say, I did have TONS of fun helping my little brother take care of his friend's farm. Pigs, chickens, turkeys, steers, and little kittens! They were adorable! I took some pictures while we were up there, once I get them from Austin (he has the camera) maybe i can post a few. Austin is getting one (maybe two) of the kittens...poor guy is having trouble choosing between the tiny black, who's extremely laid back, and the absolutely GORGEOUS grey tabby, who has big blue-ish eyes and a fiesty but friendly personality. We'll see tomorrow, cause that's when we go get them

That's all for now, possibly an update on this tomorrow. Until next time
