"When the Harvest Moon shines full and red
'Cross hollowed grounds, Death will tread..." I have no will power whatsoever...I just couldn't wait till halloween. Woo hoo, I came up with that little line right out of my head! Talk about impulsive writing! Must say, I beleive this is my best picture yet. The horse and rider are supposed to be see through, but it's hard to tell because I didn't put much behind them. I tried to make the tombstone epitaphs look old and illegible...I think it worked. It's hard to add depth to an intangible object...This will be the October Picture for my 2008 calendar, Holiday Horses. Now if I can just think up 9 more...(I say 9 because I'm already working on March and July, too.) Suggestions welcome! Happy Halloween, everyone! |
